Service Package

Our service package for woodwinds includes 4 free inspections:

First Inspection upon delivery of the instrument:

-Completing the Pass-instruments with instruments and consumer data.
-Remove the shipping locks.
-Artisan-check of the instrument by our workshop.
-Check of the surface finishes (silver, nickel, gold, etc.)
-Eventual readjustment of the pad and optimum adjustment of mechanics.
- (To be reworked even at very high-quality wind instruments have sometimes.)
-Check the spring pressure and possible rework.
-Preview and final check by our workshop and professional musicians.


Three inspection after every 3 to 12 and after 24 months

-Artisan-check of the instrument by our workshop.
-Check the pads, corks and felts, dampers, plug caps and screws.
-Eventual readjustment of the pad and optimum adjustment of mechanics.
-Oils of mechanics.
-Check the spring pressure and possible rework.
-Check the tightness and response of the instrument.
-Preview and final check by our workshop and professional musicians.

-Check of the surface finishes (lacquer, silver, nickel, gold, etc.)
-Check the mechanics and features.
-Eventual rework the mechanics and features.
- (To be reworked even at very high-quality wind instruments have sometimes.)
-Check and adjust the spring pressure.
-Check of the valves.
-Eventual-lapping of the valves.
-Oils and fats of the valves of the trains.
-Preview and final check by our workshop and professional musicians.

-Internal cleaning of the instrument.
-Check the mechanics and features.
-Eventual rework the mechanics and features.
-Check and if necessary, adjust the spring pressure.
-Check of the valves.
-Cleaning the valve boxes and valves.
-Eventual-lapping of the valves and slides.
-Oils and fats of the valves of the trains.
-Preview and final check by our workshop and professional musicians.
